Getting started

What is InternPortal?
InternPortal connects motivated individuals with real-world projects to gain practical experience and develop their skills.
Who can apply?
Applications for the current internship programme are currently closed. When applications are open, eligibility requirements will be stated on the application page.
Is the internship paid?
No. The Four-Week Internship Programme is unpaid and voluntary. It is designed to provide practical learning and self-directed project activities rather than paid employment.
How long is the internship?
The Four-Week Internship Programme is designed to run over approximately four weeks. Tasks may be available throughout, but there is no obligation on either side to ensure that all available tasks are completed.
Is the internship remote?
Yes. The programme is carried out remotely unless otherwise stated.
Do I need previous experience?
No. We value enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn more than previous experience.

Applications

How do I apply?
Applications for the current internship programme are currently closed. When applications reopen, the application process will be provided through InternPortal.
What happens after I apply?
If successful, you will be accepted onto the programme and can take part in learning and self-directed project activities through InternPortal, with the option of choosing which activities to get involved in.
How will I know my application has been received?
Your application status can be viewed in your InternPortal account and you may also receive a confirmation email.
Can I apply from outside the UK?
Applications for the current internship programme are currently closed. When applications are open, any eligibility requirements relating to location will be stated as part of the application process.
Can I apply for more than one project?
You may express interest in multiple projects although you will normally work on one assigned project at a time.
What happens if my application is unsuccessful?
Your application may be considered for future opportunities unless you request otherwise.

Completion

Will I receive a Letter of Completion?
You may apply for a Letter of Completion through InternPortal (Apply for Letter of Completion) when you wish to request one, after participating in the Four-Week Internship Programme. If your application is approved, the letter confirms that you participated in the programme with Innovations and More Ltd. It is issued at the participant's request. Completing every available task is not required.
Can I obtain a reference?
A reference may be provided at the Company's discretion, based on your participation and professionalism. A reference is not guaranteed.
Is there a guaranteed job at the end of the internship?
No. Participation in the programme does not guarantee employment. Future opportunities may be considered at the Company's discretion.
